This range hood is just what we were looking for- no frills, but looks and works great. Now...the first unit to arrive had a scratch on it. The CS by the seller to replace it with a new unit was wonderful. Communication was prompt and he did everything he could to make us feel like he really cared/was sorry. He had UPS pick up our damaged unit and sent out a new one while we were waiting. New unit arrived and is perfect! Where else do you get that CS for an inexpensive purchase?!
Fast shipping from vendor / easy install. Compared to Broan and others, it's a great bargain and seems to work fine for now - time will tell....
